99% of the time We ship within two weeks of processing your order. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Domestic Shipping

When you place an order, A Better Belt USA will estimate delivery dates for you based on your location. Belts will ship within two weeks from the order date. We ship USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation or USP Ground, depending upon which shipping method is chosen. USPS Priority mail generally delivers within 2-3 business days of your ship date, and UPS Ground is within 5 business days. This applies only to shipments within the United States.

Texas UPS

We have negotiated new rates with UPS which are much more competitive with other carriers and shipping with UPS has been restored effective April 15, 2019.

International Shipping

International packages are shipped via US First Class mail and take 2-3 weeks to arrive, depending upon the destination.  If you would like to receive your package sooner and are willing to pay the high cost of International Priority Mail please contact us and we will make arrangements to ship your package using this method.

If you receive the message "Unfortunately one or more items in your cart can't be shipped to your location. Please choose a different delivery address." during checkout, please contact us with your location to determine whether we can add your location to our shipping area.  We will respond as quickly as possible.  Please make sure you include your correct email address; otherwise, we will not be able to reply to your inquiry.

Please note: Some countries will add customs and/or local postal charges to your shipment. We can not anticipate these charges and they are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy

We take great pride in our products and guarantee the highest quality craftsmanship.  You may return most new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. We also offer a 30 day return for refund policy should any of our products have material or workmanship flaws, although we encourage you to return defective products immediately. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

To initiate a return for refund, repair or replacement, please e-mail us at CustomerService@abetterbeltusa.com. Include your name, order number, phone number and brief description of the problem. We will reply by e-mail or phone with your return authorization.

We will process your refund as quickly as possible.

Damaged products?

If you have received a product that was damaged in shipping please contact us immediately upon receipt of damaged item at  CustomerService@abetterbeltusa.com .

Incorrect size ordered

We strongly suggest you review our page on how to determine belt size. We will accept returns on belts ordered in the wrong size, but you will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
